Situated within La Bastide Rose – one of our favourite French chateaux – Au Guasto La Table D’Emmanuel is an unexpected gem that blends art with cuisine to create a truly unique dining experience. Enjoy an intimate meal in a sculpture garden prepared by Chef Emmanuel before your very eyes. The kitchen is completely open and set up much like a rustic country home, with the chef often dropping by your table to check in and share the inspiration and philosophy behind your meal. Summers are spent in the garden but, when visiting in the winter, you can easily head inside for a cosy, hearty French meal. There is no set menu, for everyday the entrees and desserts are selected based on the seasons, the weather, and the chef’s mood – making each meal a one-of-a-kind experience for you and your partner.
